Berry Cheesecake

• 1 cup flour
• 13 cup brown sugar
• 12 cup butter
• 2 cups chopped pecans
• 8 ounces cream cheese
• 1 12 cups confectioners' sugar
• 2 cups whipped cream
• 2 cups berries (I use Raspberries Blackberries or blueberries, all three)

1. In a food processor pulse together flour, sugar, butter and nuts.
2. Dump mixture on a cookie sheet (I use a silpat mat) and spread mixture into a 1/4 inch layer press crust together it will be very compact.
3. Bake at 350 10 to 15 min until slightly browned.
4. Remove and cool completely crust will resemble a large crisp cookie.
5. Mix together cream cheese and confectioners sugar.
6. Fold in Whipped cream.
7. Sread on cooled crust,.
8. Top with fruit of choice.
