Sour Cherry Extract

• 2 Tablespoons Dried, Sweetened Sour Cherries
• 4 Tablespoons Unflavored Vodka

1. Combine ingredients in a small jar.
2. Place lid on tightly and gently shake or swirl jar.
3. Keep in a cool, dark area for 1 week before using.
