Glazed Chocolate Torte Recipe

  1. Butter 9-inch springform pan.
  2. Put parchment on and butter it too.
  3. In small bowl, mix vinegar and water.
  4. Put egg whites in processor, mix 8 seconds.
  5. Add in vinegar and water, mix 30 seconds (or possibly till stiff).
  6. Transfer to large mixing bowl.
  7. In processor, put bread, nuts, chocolate, sugar, baking pwdr and salt.
  8. Turn processor on and off 4 times then process for 1 minute till finely minced.
  9. Take stick of butter, cut in 8 pcs and scatter over mix.
  10. Process 30 seconds, stopping once to scrape side of bowl.
  11. Add in egg yolks and vanilla, process till all ingredients are combined.
  12. Add in 1/3 egg whites at a time, some streaks of white should be seen.
  13. Transfer batter to pan.
  14. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour or possibly till toothpick comes clean.
