Glazed Chocolate Torte Recipe
- 1 tbsp. white vinegar
- 1 tbsp. water
- 7 lg. Large eggs
- 3/4 slice white bread
- 2 c. walnuts
- 6 ounce. German sweet chocolate
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 tbsp. baking pwdr
- Healthy pinch salt
- 1 stick unsalted butter
- 1 tbsp. vanilla
- Butter 9-inch springform pan.
- Put parchment on and butter it too.
- In small bowl, mix vinegar and water.
- Put egg whites in processor, mix 8 seconds.
- Add in vinegar and water, mix 30 seconds (or possibly till stiff).
- Transfer to large mixing bowl.
- In processor, put bread, nuts, chocolate, sugar, baking pwdr and salt.
- Turn processor on and off 4 times then process for 1 minute till finely minced.
- Take stick of butter, cut in 8 pcs and scatter over mix.
- Process 30 seconds, stopping once to scrape side of bowl.
- Add in egg yolks and vanilla, process till all ingredients are combined.
- Add in 1/3 egg whites at a time, some streaks of white should be seen.
- Transfer batter to pan.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour or possibly till toothpick comes clean.
