Made in a Bread Machine Oil-Free Bread with Egg and Rice Flour

• 200 grams Bread (strong) flour
• 50 grams Rice flour (joshinko)
• 20 grams Sugar
• 4 grams Salt
• 1 Egg (large)
• 130 ml Water
• 3 grams Dry yeast

1. Add all the ingredients except for the dry yeast in the bread machine.
2. Put the yeast in the yeast compartment.
3. Set the machine to the "quick bake" course and the crust color to "lightly baked color", start the machine, and it's done!
