Lori's Flour 13
- 4 cups whole wheat flour
- 3 12 cups barley flour
- 3 cups oat flour
- 2 12 cups rye flour
- 2 cups buckwheat flour
- 1 12 cups soy flour
- 1 cup chickpea flour
- 12 cup wheat gluten
- 14 cup wheat germ (toasted)
- 14 cup cracked wheat (ground, toasted)
- 14 cup almonds (ground, toasted)
- 14 cup flax seed (ground, toasted)
- 14 cup millet (ground, toasted)
- Combine all well.
- Store a small amount in a jar at room temperature.
- Keep remaining in a well sealed jar in the freezer.
- Will keep for several months.
