Ma Ma's Apple Sauce Cake Recipe

• 1/2 c. shortening
• 1 c. brown sugar
• 1 c. apple sauce
• 2 1/2 c. flour
• 1/2 teaspoon soda
• 1/2 teaspoon salt
• 1 teaspoon baking pwdr
• 3/4 teaspoon apple pie spice
• 1 c. nuts, minced

1. Mix together well and bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour.
