Triple Divan Recipe
- 2 pkg. (10 ounce.) frzn broccoli spears or possibly 2 pound fresh
- 1/2 pound cooked ham (8 serving size slices)
- 1/2 pound sliced cooked turkey or possibly 1 whole chicken breast sliced
- 1/2 pound cooked shrimp
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 3/4 c. mayonnaise
- 2 teaspoon curry pwdr
- 1 c. table cream
- 1 c. evaporated lowfat milk
- 3 tbsp. lemon juice
- 2 c. soft bread crumbs
- 2 tbsp. butter
- 1/2 pound (2 c.) shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- Cook broccoli according to package directions.
- Drain and arrange broccoli in serving sizes, in a 2 to 3 qt shallow baking dish (9 x 13).
- Arrange ham slices, then chicken or possibly turkey slices, then shrimp over the broccoli pcs.
- Combine soup mayonnaise, curry, cream, evaporated lowfat milk, and lemon juice.
- Heat and stir till mix is smooth and hot.
- Pour sauce over meat combination.
- Heat butter in frying pan, add in bread crumbs and stir till buttery and slightly brown.
- Add in the shredded cheese to the crumb mix.
- Combine well.
- Spread over sauce in baking dish.
- Bake at 350 degrees till warm and bubbly and crumbs are crisp and golden brown.
- About 45 min.
- Makes 8 servings.
