Salsa Fresca Recipe

• 4 med. tomatoes, chopped
• 1/2 sm. onion, chopped
• 8 sprigs cilantro, chopped
• 2 serrano or possibly jalapeno peppers, diced
• 1/3 c. red wine vinegar
• 1/2 c. water

1. Mix all ingredients and serve or possibly refrigeratefirst and serve.
2. Best when served very fresh but will keep for 2 days in refrigerator.
3. Yield: 2 c..
