Jam French Toast Triangles
- 14 cup fruit preserves, any flavor
- 6 slices whole wheat bread
- 13 cup Egg Beaters egg substitute
- 14 cup skim milk
- 2 tablespoons Fleischmann's margarine
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 14 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- Divide and spread preserves on 3 bread slices; top with remaining bread slices to make 3 sandwiches, pressing to seal.
- Cut each sandwich diagonally in half.
- In medium bowl, combine EGG BEATERS and skim milk.
- Dip each sandwich in egg mixture to coat.
- In skillet or on griddle, over medium-high heat, brown sandwiches in margarine until golden brown on both sides.
- Combine sugar and cinnamon; sprinkle over sandwiches.
- Garnish and serve warm.
