Jam French Toast Triangles

  1. Divide and spread preserves on 3 bread slices; top with remaining bread slices to make 3 sandwiches, pressing to seal.
  2. Cut each sandwich diagonally in half.
  3. In medium bowl, combine EGG BEATERS and skim milk.
  4. Dip each sandwich in egg mixture to coat.
  5. In skillet or on griddle, over medium-high heat, brown sandwiches in margarine until golden brown on both sides.
  6. Combine sugar and cinnamon; sprinkle over sandwiches.
  7. Garnish and serve warm.
