Pesto, Roasted Red Pepper and Mozzarella Flatbread

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Place flatbreads on a large baking sheet.
  2. Spread each flatbread evenly with pesto.
  3. Top with mozzarella cheese and roasted red peppers.
  4. Place baking sheet in the oven and cook for 1012 minutes or until cheese is melted.
  5. Remove from the oven, cut into pieces, and serve warm.
