Jerk Chicken/Jerk Pork (Jamaican) - Jerk Chicken

  1. In bowl, combine all ingredients except chicken until mixture forms a paste.
  2. Rub evenly over chicken; cover and refrigerate at least 8 hours, preferably overnight.
  3. Preheat broiler.
  4. Broil chicken on rack 10-15 minutes, turning once, until cooked through.
