Cheeseburger Casserole
- 1 whole Onion, Diced
- 1 clove Garlice, Minced
- 1 teaspoon Ground Black Pepper
- 1 pound Ground Beef
- 1 can (10.75 Oz. Can) Cream Of Mushroom Soup
- 2 cups Frozen Corn Or Peas
- 1 cup Shredded Cheddar Or Colby Cheese
- 3 whole Potatoes, Diced
- In a skillet, saute onion, garlic, black pepper and ground meat until meat is browned; drain.
- Return to the skillet and mix in your soup.
- You may need to add a small amount of milkyou want it to be a creamy consistency.
- At this point, layer the meat mixture in the bottom of a casserole dish, then layer in your veggies, then your cheese and then your potatoes or fries.
- Bake at 400 degrees F for around 2025 minutes until the fries or potatoes are golden brown and crispy.
- Note: you can prepare everything and put it in a foil baking pan and freeze for up to 3 months.
- Then pull it out of the freezer when ready to eat and bake at 350 degrees F for about 1 hour.
