Quiche a La Chance
- 1 pie shell
- 2 slices bacon
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup 1% low-fat milk
- 14 cup chopped onion
- 14 cup chopped sweet red pepper
- 1 small tomatoes, chopped
- 18 teaspoon pepper
- 1 pinch salt
- 14 teaspoon parsley
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Cook bacon until crisp and chop into small pieces.
- Sprinkle on the bottom of the pie shell.
- Whisk together eggs and milk.
- Add chopped vegetables, pepper and salt.
- Mix together.
- Add cheese to milk mixture and mix.
- Pour mixture into pie shell and sprinkle parsley over top.
- Cooke for 30 to 40 minutes.
- Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
