My Mamma's Red Clam Linguini

  1. Heat olive oil in large pot.
  2. Add chopped garlic and brown.
  3. Putt all other ingredients in except clams.
  4. Boil and add wine.
  5. Reduce to a simmer for 20 minutes.
  6. If it needs more liquied add clam juice.
  7. Add clams, simmer for 10-15 minutes.
  8. Serve over linguine and top with shredded parmesan cheese.
  9. Serves 6-8.
