Chicken And Rice Casserole Recipe

  1. Combine mayonnaise, water and lemon juice.
  2. Add in soup and stir in chicken, celery, onion, almonds and rice.
  3. Place in a 2 qt casserole and sprinkle cheese on top.
  4. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 min.
  5. Crumble potato chips on top and bake 10 min more.
  6. Serve warm.
  7. Can be made a day ahead of time and refrigerated.
  8. It is very good and great for a large crowd.
