Easy and Rich Stir Fried Udon Noodles with Oyster and Soy Sauce
- 1 pack Udon noodles (frozen is ok)
- 1 what i had in the refrigerator: Additional ingredients (I used the following this time)
- 1/2 bag * Bean sprouts
- 1 * Chikuwa
- 1/2 tbsp Sesame oil
- 1 tbsp Oyster sauce
- 1 tbsp Soy sauce
- 1/2 tsp Chicken soup stock granules
- 2 tbsp Water
- 1 Mayonnaise
- 1 generous amount Chopped green onions
- Wash the bean sprouts and drain.
- Slice the chikuwa into rounds or diagonally.
- Combine the ingredients.
- If you're using frozen udon noodles, defrost them in the microwave.
- (50 seconds at 1000 W on one side, then flip over and microwave for another 40 seconds.)
- Heat up the sesame oil in a frying pan and stir fry the bean sprouts and chikuwa.
- When the bean sprouts are cooked, add the udon noodles and the combined ingredients, and stir fry while untangling the noodles.
- Be careful not to let the flavoring ingredients burn.
- When there's almost no moisture left in the pan and the udon noodles are cooked, transfer to a serving plate and top with mayonnaise and chopped green onions to finish.
- I really recommend bean sprouts and chikuwa as additions to this udon dish.
- They're healthy and delicious!
