Easy and Rich Stir Fried Udon Noodles with Oyster and Soy Sauce

  1. Wash the bean sprouts and drain.
  2. Slice the chikuwa into rounds or diagonally.
  3. Combine the ingredients.
  4. If you're using frozen udon noodles, defrost them in the microwave.
  5. (50 seconds at 1000 W on one side, then flip over and microwave for another 40 seconds.)
  6. Heat up the sesame oil in a frying pan and stir fry the bean sprouts and chikuwa.
  7. When the bean sprouts are cooked, add the udon noodles and the combined ingredients, and stir fry while untangling the noodles.
  8. Be careful not to let the flavoring ingredients burn.
  9. When there's almost no moisture left in the pan and the udon noodles are cooked, transfer to a serving plate and top with mayonnaise and chopped green onions to finish.
  10. I really recommend bean sprouts and chikuwa as additions to this udon dish.
  11. They're healthy and delicious!
