Turkey Stock
- 1 packages turkey wings
- 1 packages turkey necks
- 1 whole onion
- 2 whole carrots
- 2 celery ribs with the leaves
- 1 salt & pepper to taste
- 6 cup water
- 1 fresh herb: sage, rosemary & thyme
- Place turkey parts in a large stock pot, season with salt & pepper and water and vegetables, reason with salt & pepper , add herbs
- Cook on medium high, bring to boil.
- Turn down heat to simmer cook about 1hr - 1hr 30 min.
