Turkey Stock

  1. Place turkey parts in a large stock pot, season with salt & pepper and water and vegetables, reason with salt & pepper , add herbs
  2. Cook on medium high, bring to boil.
  3. Turn down heat to simmer cook about 1hr - 1hr 30 min.
