Apple Breakfast Bread - Lower Fat

  1. Preheat oven to 350.
  2. Grease 8x4 loaf pan.
  3. Beat butter, sugar and yogurt until smooth.
  4. Beat in eggs, one at a time.
  5. In separate bowl, sift together flour, baking soda and spices.
  6. Mix dry mix into batter until moistened.
  7. Fold in grated apples.
  8. Pour into loaf pan.
  9. Bake for 50 min (keep an eye on it, could be 40-60), until a toothpick comes out clean.
