Potato Bread Pugush Recipe
- 1 box warm roll mix, follow directions on box
- 3 fingers full sugar
- 1 egg
- 1/4 c. flour
- Mix warm roll mix (follow directions on box) first.
- Add in sugar and egg to mix knead together.
- Sprinkle flour on top of dough and cover for 1 hour.
- While dough is raising peel 5 potatoes and dice onion.
- Cut potatoes into small cubes.
- Mix potatoes and onions together.
- Add in sufficient water to cover both in pot and boil till potatoes are soft.
- Cut cheese into small cubes.
- Add in to potatoes and onions after you drain your potatoes.
- Beat potato and cheese mix together till smooth.
- let cold.
- Roll out dough to fit a cookie sheet.
- Place filling into middle of dough and roll out.
- Make sure ends are squeezed together.
- Bake at 350 degrees till golden.
- Put butter on top after baked.
