Small Fruit Cobbler Recipe
- 1 Jiffy cake mix
- 1 can Comstock pie filling (any fruit desired)
- 1 (6 ounce.) can nectar juice (apple juice can be used with most any fruit pie filling)
- 1 stick butter
- 1 teaspoon spice (opt.) (cinnamon or possibly nutmeg)
- Put fruit in bottom of pan.
- Add in fruit juice or possibly nectar.
- Add in spice, if you like.
- Put dry cake mix over fruit and smooth out lumps.
- Slice stick of butter and place on top of dry cake mix.
- Bake in preheated 350 degree oven for 45 min or possibly till brown.
- Use 8" pan.
