Barbecue Sauce Of Barbecued Beef Recipe

• 1 (48 ounce.) can tomato juice
• 1/4 c. brown sugar
• 1/4 c. red wine vinegar
• 1 garlic clove
• 1/4 teaspoon salt
• 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
• 3 shakes Worcestershire sauce
• 3 shakes Tabasco sauce
• 1 tbsp. brown mustard
• 1 (4 lb.) bottom round roast

1. Mix all ingredients.
2. Pour over meat.
3. Bake in covered pan at 350 degrees for about 3-4 hrs till meat falls apart.
