Oven beef and noodles
- 3 lb beef chuck roast, cut into cubes
- 5 cup water
- 2 beef bouillon cubes
- 2 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 envelope onion soup mix
- 1 envelope beefy onion soup mix
- 2 carrots, sliced
- 2 celery stalks, sliced
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 16 oz package thick kluski noodles, uncooked
- Preheat oven to 300.
- Spray Dutch oven or roasting pan with nonstick cooking spray.
- Place beef, carrots, and celery in pot.
- Mix water, soup, pepper, bouillon cubes, and soup mixes.
- Pour over meat.
- Cover and cook 2 1/2 hours.
- Stir noodles into pot.
- Cover and cook an additional 30-45 minutes, or until noodles are tender, stirring every 15 minutes.
- Add water if necessary.
