Oven beef and noodles

  1. Preheat oven to 300.
  2. Spray Dutch oven or roasting pan with nonstick cooking spray.
  3. Place beef, carrots, and celery in pot.
  4. Mix water, soup, pepper, bouillon cubes, and soup mixes.
  5. Pour over meat.
  6. Cover and cook 2 1/2 hours.
  7. Stir noodles into pot.
  8. Cover and cook an additional 30-45 minutes, or until noodles are tender, stirring every 15 minutes.
  9. Add water if necessary.
