California Dog

  1. Steam your frank.
  2. Toast your bun.
  3. Toast nori gently until it stiffens.
  4. I just fan it over a stove burner for 30 seconds or so.
  5. Crush the avocado and season with salt, chili powder, and lemon juice.
  6. Smear a bit of yogurt on the toasted bun.
  7. Add a smear of guacamole
  8. Add your steamed frank.
  9. Add a big pinch of sauerkraut.
  10. Fold the nori sheet in half, then slice into fine batons.
  11. Finish with a big pinch of nori sprinkles.
