California Dog
- 1 each All beef frank
- 1 each Whole wheat hot dog bun
- 1/2 each Nori sheet
- 1 each Avocado
- 1 each Lemon
- 1 Salt
- 1 Chili powder
- 1/2 tbsp Greek yogurt
- Steam your frank.
- Toast your bun.
- Toast nori gently until it stiffens.
- I just fan it over a stove burner for 30 seconds or so.
- Crush the avocado and season with salt, chili powder, and lemon juice.
- Smear a bit of yogurt on the toasted bun.
- Add a smear of guacamole
- Add your steamed frank.
- Add a big pinch of sauerkraut.
- Fold the nori sheet in half, then slice into fine batons.
- Finish with a big pinch of nori sprinkles.
