Hummus Pie
- 1 1/4 cups hummus
- 1 par-baked Gluten-Free Pizza Crust
- 1/2 cup chopped roasted red peppers
- 13 cup chopped red onion
- 1 tsp. ground sumac
- cilantro for garnish
- Preheat oven to 425F.

- Spread hummus over par-baked crust.
- Top with roasted red peppers, red onion, and ground sumac.
- Bake 5 to 7 minutes, or until toppings are hot.
- Garnish with cilantro.
