Blueberries N Cheese Squares Recipe
- 1 1/2 pkts. Keebler Honey graham crackers
- 1/2 c. butter, melted
- 1 pkg. (8 ounce.) cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 c. lowfat milk
- 2 tbsp. powdered sugar
- 1 can (1 pound 5 ounce.) blueberry pie filling
- 1 c. whipping cream
- 2 tbsp. powdered sugar
- Roll graham crackers to fine crumbs.
- In 11 3/4 x 7 1/2 inch baking dish combine crumbs and butter mixing well.
- Set aside 1/2 c. crumb mix for topping.
- Press remaining crumb in bottom of dish.
- Refrigeratewhile preparing cream cheese.
- Blend cream cheese, sugar and lowfat milk till smooth.
- Spread proportionately over crumb layer.
- Spread pie filling over cheese and refrigeratewhile preparing cream.
- Using chilled beaters and bowl, whip cream and sugar till stiff.
- Spread over blueberries and sprinkle with reserved crumbs.
- Chill.
