Low... Er Fat Spaghetti Bake
- 0.5 (12 ounce) box whole wheat spaghetti, cooked as directed and drained
- 12 lb ground turkey
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- salt and pepper
- 1 roasted red pepper
- 1 (8 ounce) can tomato sauce
- 1 12 tablespoons red wine vinegar
- 2 teaspoons sugar
- 14 green pepper
- 14 onion
- 2 tablespoons nonfat sour cream
- 2 ounces neufchatel cheese
- 1 cup low fat cottage cheese
- Saute onions and green peppers in olive oil.
- Puree together with all of the rest of sauce ingredients.
- Brown turkey, add salt and pepper.
- Layer in an 8 by 8 inch baking dish.
- 1/2 of Spaghetti.
- 1/2 of turkey.
- 1/2 of sauce
