Avocado cashew sandwich

• 1 Avocado
• 1/4 cup cashews
• 2 handfuls rocket
• 4 sliced whole grain bread

1. Grind up the cashews until tiny
2. Mash the advacdo
3. Mix the cashews into the advacdo
4. Spread onto bread, top with rocket
