They Shoot, They Score!

• 1 pkg. (2-layer size) white cake mix
• 2-1/2 cups thawed COOL WHIP Whipped Topping
• 16 European-style butter cookie
• 1 tsp. each blue and red decorating gel
• 12 bear-shaped honey graham snacks
• 1 Mini OREO Bite Size Cookie

1. Prepare cake batter and bake as directed on package for 13x9-inch pan, lining pan with foil sprayed with cooking spray before adding batter.
2. Cool cake in pan 15 min.
3. Remove from pan to wire rack; cool cake completely.
4. Place cake on platter; frost with COOL WHIP.
5. Press 15 biscuits into COOL WHIP on sides of cake to resemble the boards of ice rink, trimming corner pieces if necessary to fit.
6. Draw lines and face-off circles in rink with gels as shown in photo.
7. Cut remaining biscuit in half; insert in cake for the goalie nets.
8. Add graham snacks for the hockey players and mini cookie for the puck.
9. Keep cake refrigerated.
