Gluten Free Mock Chickenburger

  1. Beat the eggs slightly.
  2. Stir in the nuts, cheese, bread crumbs, onions, rice bran, parsley and seasoning.
  3. Heat the oil in a skillet.
  4. Spoon in 4 patties, making them about 1/2" thick.
  5. Cook over medium high about four minutes each side or until crusty and brown.
