Pork Chop And Rice Casserole Recipe
- 4 or possibly 5 pork chops (boneless is best)
- 1 c. uncooked rice (not minute rice)
- 1 med. sliced onion
- 1 bell pepper, sliced
- 1 can beef consomme
- 1 can beef broth
- Brown pork chops on both sides.
- Spread c. of rice on bottom of casserole dish.
- Lay pork chops over rice.
- Add in layer of pepper and onion over meat.
- Pour broth and consomme over rice and meat.
- Cover and bake at 325 degrees for approximately 1 hour.
- Don't take top off at anytime while cooking.
