Apricot Lattice Pie Recipe

  2. In a small bowl mix the sugar, salt, spices and tapioca.

  4. Sprinkle 1 Tbsp.
  5. of mix in unbaked pie shell.

  7. Fill with apricots.
  8. 4.
  9. Cover with remaining sugar mix.
  10. Dot with butter.
  11. 5.
  12. Roll out remaining pie crust.
  13. 6.
  14. Cut in 1/2" strips with pastry wheel; arrange over fruit in lattice effect.
  15. 7.
  16. Sprinkle with sugar.
  17. 8.
  18. Bake at 400 degrees for 15 min; reduce heat to 375 degrees and bake at additional 30 min.
