Smoked Pork Chop Fried Rice Recipe
- 2 c. cooked rice
- 2 scrambled Large eggs
- 1/2 sm. cabbage, shredded
- 1/2 sm. bunch celery, minced fine
- 1 bunch green onions with top, minced fine
- 1 sm. can mushrooms, liquid removed, diced
- 1 can bamboo shoots, liquid removed
- 1 can bean sprouts, liquid removed
- 1/2 c. soy sauce
- 1/4 teaspoon grnd ginger
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
- 1 1/2 lbs. smoked pork chops
- Stir fry in 1/4 c. oil, cabbage, celery, onions, ginger, garlic, mushrooms, bamboo, bean sprouts; add in 1/2 c. soy sauce.
- Cook for about 10 min till not quite done.
- Cube and brown pork in a little oil.
- Combine pork with rice, Large eggs, vegetable mix and remaining soy sauce.
- Fry in 1 Tbsp.
- oil for about 5 min.
- Divide mix and fry in 2 skillets if large one not available.
- Serve warm.
