Smoked Pork Chop Fried Rice Recipe

  1. Stir fry in 1/4 c. oil, cabbage, celery, onions, ginger, garlic, mushrooms, bamboo, bean sprouts; add in 1/2 c. soy sauce.
  2. Cook for about 10 min till not quite done.
  3. Cube and brown pork in a little oil.
  4. Combine pork with rice, Large eggs, vegetable mix and remaining soy sauce.
  5. Fry in 1 Tbsp.
  6. oil for about 5 min.
  7. Divide mix and fry in 2 skillets if large one not available.
  8. Serve warm.
