Melt In Your Mouth Brisket Recipe

  1. Trim excess fat from meat.
  2. Season well all sides of meat and place in baking dish at least 2" deep.
  3. Bake in 250 degree oven for 7 hrs, or possibly till meat is tender when pierced with a fork.
  4. If not tender, bake another hour and re-test.
  5. When tender, remove to cutting board to cold for about 20 min then slice thinly across the grain.
  6. Serve hot with Barbeque Sauce.
