Melt In Your Mouth Brisket Recipe
- 1 brisket of beef, 7-9 lbs.
- Lantana Seasoning
- Garlic pwdr
- Trim excess fat from meat.
- Season well all sides of meat and place in baking dish at least 2" deep.
- Bake in 250 degree oven for 7 hrs, or possibly till meat is tender when pierced with a fork.
- If not tender, bake another hour and re-test.
- When tender, remove to cutting board to cold for about 20 min then slice thinly across the grain.
- Serve hot with Barbeque Sauce.
