Tender Greens
- 2 bunch collard greens
- 2 bunch kale greens
- 1 salt
- 1 pepper
- 3 tbsp viniger
- 4 tbsp bacon grease
- 2 cumberland ham hocks
- 1 medium yellow onion chopped
- 2 cup fresh spinich or 1can
- In a large pot add water, then wash greens, chop greens add to pot.
- Add all other ingredients ,make sure water cover greens then, cook greens till tender.
- Check water level throughout cooking, you can season to taste after cooking.
