Malai Fish
- 2 rainbow trout fillets (1 lb./450 g)
- 1/4 cup Miracle Whip Calorie-Wise Spread Family Dollar $3.50 thru 02/07
- 1 Tbsp. grainy Dijon mustard
- 1 tsp. ground coriander
- 1/2 tsp. each garam masala, and chili powder or cayenne pepper
- 2 green onions, thinly sliced
- 2 Tbsp. chopped fresh coriander (cilantro)
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice Safeway 4 ct For $5.00 thru 02/09
- 1/2 tsp. chaat masala
- Heat oven to 400 degrees F.
- Place fish in single layer in parchment-lined pan.
- Mix Miracle Whip, mustard, ground coriander, garam masala and chili powder until blended; spread over fish.
- Sprinkle with onions and fresh coriander; press gently into fish to secure.
- Bake 12 to 14 min.
- or until fish flakes easily with fork.
- Drizzle lemon juice over fish; top with chaat masala.
