Hot Dog Scrambler
- 4 oz. Mexican chorizo, crumbled
- 3 OSCAR MAYER Jumbo Wieners, cut into 1/2-inch-thick slices
- 3 eggs, beaten
- 1/2 cup chopped tomatoes
- 1/4 cup KRAFT 2% Milk Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
- 4 corn tortillas (6 inch), warmed
- 2 tsp. Sriracha sauce (hot chili sauce)
- 2 Tbsp. fresh cilantro
- Cook chorizo in medium skillet on medium heat 10 min.
- or until done, stirring frequently.
- Drain; set aside.
- Wipe skillet with paper towel.
- Return chorizo to skillet.
- Add wieners; cook 5 min., stirring frequently.
- Add eggs and tomatoes; cook and stir 3 min.
- or just until eggs are set.
- Top with cheese; cover.
- Cook on low heat 2 min.
- or until cheese is melted.
- Spoon egg mixture down centers of tortillas; top with sauce and cilantro.
- Roll up.
