Mandarin Orange Compote
- 7 small mandarin oranges
- 500 ml Water
- 90 grams Sugar
- 1 tsp Brandy
- Peel the oranges by hand as you usually would, peeling off as much of the white pith as you can.
- Bring the ingredients to a boil together in a pot.
- Add in the oranges and simmer for 5 minutes.
- Let the contents of the pot cool, and then put them in the fridge until completely chilled.
