Taiwanese Mixed Rice
- 1 bundle Chopped green onion
- 1 bundle Chinese chives (cut into 1 cm pieces)
- 250 grams Ground pork
- 1 Yakiniku sauce
- 1 Finely grated bonito flakes
- 1 Toasted nori seaweed
- 4 Egg yolk
- 1 Cooked rice
- 50 ml Vegetable oil
- 50 ml Soy sauce
- 50 ml Mentsuyu
- 1 Doubanjiang
- Cut the Chinese chives into 1 cm pieces.
- Cut the green onion in the same manner.
- I bought pre-chopped onions.
- Cook the ground pork with the yakiniku sauce.
- You can make the taste as thick and rich as you want.

- Combine the sauce ingredients in a container.
- Put the rice in a bowl.
- Top the rice with the chopped onion, chives, meat, seaweed, bonito flakes, and egg yolk.
- It's done!
- Stir and enjoy.
