Rhubarb Dump Cake
- 4 1/2 cup Rhubarb
- 3/4 cup white sugar
- 1 packages 3 Oz jello (strawberry or raspberry )
- 1 box white cake mix (not prepared )
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1 cup water
- HEAT OVEN TO 350
- Lightly grease a 9x13 pan, place cut up rhubarb in pan
- Sprinkle the sugar, then the dry jello over the rhubarb
- Pour cake mix over rhubarb
- Pour butter over dry cake mix, then the water
- Bake at 350 for 45 mins.
- If using frozen rhubarb, reduce water to only 1/2 c.
