Spicy Sesame Pork Ribs
- 5 boneless country pork ribs
- 1 tbsp toasted sesame seeds
- 2 tsp crushed pepper flakes (chopped red chiles shown)
- 2 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp ground ginger
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp ground white pepper
- 1 sesame oil; as needed
- 1 kosher salt; to taste
- Toss ribs in enough oil to coat.
- Season.
- Roast at 350for approximately 25 minutes or until pork reaches desired doneness.
- Think of a pork chop...don't overcook country pork ribs!
- Variations; Soy sauce, ponzu, hoisin, spicy mayo, teriyaki sauce, curry, thai chiles, habanero, wasabi, tamari, chicken, green beans, cayenne, black pepper
