Blue Ribbon Dessert Recipe
- 1/2 c. melted butter
- 1 c. loosely packed light brown sugar
- 1 sm. pkg. coconut
- 1 c. minced nuts
- 2 1/2 c. crushed corn flakes
- 1/2 gallon vanilla ice cream
- Sanders warm fudge
- Mix first 5 ingredients together.
- Spread half of mix into 9 x 13 pan.
- Spread slightly thawed ice cream over top.
- Top with remaining mix and freeze overnight or possibly longer.
- When ready to serve, dribble hot warm fudge or possibly Swiss chocolate on top.
- (Sauce can be heated in microwave with lid removed.)
- Cut into squares.
