Seafood Casserole Recipe
- 2 (6 1/2 ounce.) cans crabmeat, liquid removed & flaked
- 1 (4 1/2 ounce.) can sm. shrimp, liquid removed
- 1 (10 ounce.) pkg. frzn peas, thawed
- 1 1/2 c. cooked rice
- 1/4 c. minced green pepper
- 2 tbsp. minced fresh parsley
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- Pepper to taste
- 1 c. dairy lowfat sour cream
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Toss all ingredients together lightly.
- Place in 2 qt casserole dish sprayed with Pam.
- Bake, covered, for 1 hour.
