Mock Boston Market Creamed Spinach
- 1 can (10 oz.) cream of celery soup
- 1 tbsp. flour
- 4 tbsp. butter
- 1/2 tsp. garlic salt
- 2 pkg. (10 oz. each) frozen chopped spinach, cooked and drained
- 1 tbsp. dry minced onion
- 1 sm. onion, diced
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Combine soup, flour, butter and garlic salt in a saucepan over medium heat, stirring until smooth and piping hot.
- Combine with spinach and onion, adding salt and pepper to taste.
