Mock Boston Market Creamed Spinach

• 1 can (10 oz.) cream of celery soup
• 1 tbsp. flour
• 4 tbsp. butter
• 1/2 tsp. garlic salt
• 2 pkg. (10 oz. each) frozen chopped spinach, cooked and drained
• 1 tbsp. dry minced onion
• 1 sm. onion, diced
• Salt and pepper, to taste

1. Combine soup, flour, butter and garlic salt in a saucepan over medium heat, stirring until smooth and piping hot.
2. Combine with spinach and onion, adding salt and pepper to taste.
