Moroccan Sweet Potato Chip Chicken Breast
- 4 chicken breast halves, flattened
- 0.5 (6 ounce) packagesweet potato chips, crushed
- 1 tablespoon paprika
- 1 tablespoon cumin
- 12 tablespoon cinnamon
- 14 cup flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 12 teaspoon pepper
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 tablespoon olive oil

- Season flour with salt and pepper.
- 2.Season sweet potato chips with paprika, cumin and cinnamon.

- Coat chicken piece with seasoned flour.
- 4.
- Coat same piece with beaten eggs, followed by seasoned sweet potato chips.

- Set aside and repeat with each piece of chicken.
- 5.
- Place pieces on hot oiled skillet over medium heat until fully cooked, turning midway through cook time.
