Meatloaf
- 2 lb lean ground beef
- 1 cup milk
- 6 slice bread
- 1 cup shredded parmesan
- 2 small onions chopped
- 1/4 of a red pepper chopped
- 1 sliced tomato
- 1 clove garlic chopped
- 1 tbsp butter
- 3/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp lawrys season salt
- 1 tsp worcestershire
- 1/2 tsp black bepper
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley chopped
- 1 (SAUCE INGREDIENTS)
- 1/2 cup ketchup
- 6 tbsp brown sugar
- 1/2 tsp mustard
- 1/2 tsp grace hot sauce
- 1/2 tsp vinegar
- 1/2 tsp worcestershire
- For the sauce In small bowl mix the ketchup brown sugar mustard hot sauce 1/2 tsp worcestershire and vinegar together and set aside
- Take the 6 slices of bread and cut them up in small peaces and place in medium bowl then add the milk mix together and set aside
- In a small frying pan add the butter garlic onion and red peppers and fry for few minutes until it starts to soften and set aside
- In a large bowl mix the beef with the parmesan + salt + worcestershire + season salt + black pepper + parsley + milk soaked bread + onion mixture and mix all together
- In a large loaf pan line up with tin foil and place your beef mixture inside and add the slice tomatoes and half the sauce on top and bake in a 350 oven for 1 hour and 10 minutes
- When meatloaf is finished take it out of the loaf pan and tin foil and place on a serving platter cut a in slices and top with the rest of sauce if you like ( be careful while removing from tin the fat dripping its very hot ) serve with your favorite sides !
