Boom Boom Baby Shrimp with Apple & Celery Root Slaw
- Boom Boom Sauce
- 2 cups PURE KRAFT Mayonnaise
- 1 cup GREY POUPON Classic Dijon Mustard
- 2/3 cup prepared horseradish
- 4 tsp. granulated garlic
- 4 tsp. smoked paprika
- Apple & Celery Root Slaw
- 1 qt. Granny Smith apples, julienned
- 1 qt. celery root, peeled, julienned
- 2 cups PURE KRAFT Mayonnaise
- 1 cup reduced-fat sour cream
- 160 each small frozen breaded shrimp, fried
- Boom Boom Sauce: Combine ingredients.
- Apple & Celery Root Slaw: Combine apples, celery root, mayo and sour cream.
- For each 2-serving appetizer: Spoon 1/2 cup Apple & Celery Root Slaw onto center of serving plate.
- Toss 5 oz.
- fried shrimp in about 1/4 cup Boom Boom Sauce.
- Arrange shrimp onto 5 skewers and lay across slaw.
