Boom Boom Baby Shrimp with Apple & Celery Root Slaw

  1. Boom Boom Sauce: Combine ingredients.
  2. Apple & Celery Root Slaw: Combine apples, celery root, mayo and sour cream.
  3. For each 2-serving appetizer: Spoon 1/2 cup Apple & Celery Root Slaw onto center of serving plate.
  4. Toss 5 oz.
  5. fried shrimp in about 1/4 cup Boom Boom Sauce.
  6. Arrange shrimp onto 5 skewers and lay across slaw.
