Southwest Crescent Pie

  1. Brown beef in large nonstick skillet over medium heat for 8 to 10 minutes, or until beef is no longer pink.
  2. Pour off the drippings.
  3. Stir in beans in chili sauce, tomatoes and corn; bring to a boil.
  4. Cook 10 minutes, or until most of liquid has evaporated, stirring.
  5. Separate 1 package crescent-roll dough into 8 triangles.
  6. Line 9-inch pie plate with triangles, narrow tips toward center.
  7. Firmly press edges together to form a crust.
  8. Bake in 375 degrees F oven for 10 minutes; remove.
  9. Spoon beef mixture into crust; sprinkle with pepper Jack cheese.
  10. Bake 8 to 10 minutes, or until edges of crust are golden brown and cheese is melted.
