Manzanas al Caramelo

  1. In frying pan, melt the butter.
  2. Add sugar and stir until mixed.
  3. Add apples and stir until apples are coated with caramel.
  4. Add remaining ingredients and bring to a boil.
  5. Cook for 3 minutes.
  6. Serve hot with whipped cream, if desired.
