Roast Turkey Breast
- 2 12 lbs turkey breast, skinned
- 1 tablespoon butter, softened
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon paprika
- 12 teaspoon thyme
- 12 teaspoon salt
- 14 teaspoon pepper
- Preheat oven to 350.
- Place turkey breast in a small roasting pan.
- Rub butter over turkey.
- Sprinkle with lemon juice and season with paprika, thyme, salt and pepper.
- Roast turkey breast, uncovered, until tender and white to the bone, but still moist, about 50 minutes.
