Tangy Hickory BBQ Ribs

  1. Cut ribs into 2-rib sections; place in Dutch oven or stockpot.
  2. Add enough water to completely cover ribs.
  3. Stir in remaining ingredients except barbecue sauce; cover with lid.
  4. Bring to boil; simmer on medium-low heat 20 min.
  5. Drain.
  6. Heat grill to medium heat.
  7. Grill ribs 10 min.
  8. or until done, turning occasionally and brushing generously with barbecue sauce.
